Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personal hygiene products, gift cards, and downloadable goods, are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with proof of damage within 7 days of receiving the product.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
